Next Generation Builders
Next Generation Builders is purpose-built to support the strategic goals of workforce development boards across Milwaukee and the state of Wisconsin. By delivering credentialed, hands-on training aligned with regional labor market needs, we help close the skills gap and create pathways to sustainable employment in the skilled trades.
The Culinary Academy
The Culinary Academy equips participants with the skills, certifications, and cultural knowledge needed to succeed in Wisconsin’s vibrant food service and hospitality industries. The program blends technical training with global culinary exploration and commercial kitchen experience.
Healthcare Pros
Healthcare Pros is designed to create clear, credentialed pathways into Wisconsin’s growing healthcare sector. By combining exposure, hands-on training, and certification, we prepare participants especially those from underserved communities for meaningful careers in hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and community health organizations.
